Not even close. The accent is different for a start. Bruce Dickinson has never been associated with Queensryche - that's Geoff Tate, as Wiki tells me.
Well, when I first heard that Queenscryche song, I thought it was Iron Maiden. Hearing it again, he is, to me, a higher version of Bruce's singing.
